To ensure Arisha Terraces would stand out, our team conducted an extensive analysis of the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to create a unique positioning. We focused on developing a brand that would convey not only luxury but also a sense of community and genuine lifestyle, making Arisha Terraces an attractive and relatable choice for the identified buyer personas.

‘Arisha’ is an Arabian pergola that shades you with twirling vines and hanging fruits from the scorching desert sun. It’s the feeling of belonging to a place. A genuine attachment. Its four low-rise buildings, each eight stories high, arranged around a central courtyard, creating an oasis away from the glaring lights of city life.

The tagline, ‘Your Genuine Home,’ along with the brand story, centers on the idea of creating a personal oasis where community, nature, and home blend seamlessly. The brand captures the essence of a sophisticated yet inspired lifestyle, where residents feel a genuine sense of belonging.

Creating an appealing identity, a distinguished word mark was crafted to represent the remarkable architectural design: four distinct low-rise buildings with stone inspired facades and carved out apartments that deliver a unique cascading look. Offering abundant amenities, at Arisha Terraces, residents are inspired to craft their own lifestyle experiences.
