Qube Development launched Arisha Terraces, a new residential development in Dubai’s Studio City. In a competitive real estate market, they needed more than just a beautiful project, they needed a brand, including a distinct name, that would attract investors and future residents, while standing out with a compelling and authentic story.

The Shift

In a crowded and dynamic real estate landscape, Qube Development needed to transform a project concept into an emotionally resonant, market-ready brand. The goal was clear: create a genuine lifestyle proposition that would differentiate Arisha Terraces and build immediate investor confidence.

The Breakthrough

We developed a distinct brand positioning, story, name, and visual identity that captured both investor interest and resident imagination. The result: a genuine, lifestyle-centered brand that stood out in the competitive Dubai real estate market, supporting a strong launch with a cohesive digital and print presence, and positioning Arisha Terraces as a high-value investment opportunity. Phase 1 of the project sold out shortly after the launch.

Branding and Positioning for Authenticity

Through deep competitive analysis and market research, Skyne identified the gap for a lifestyle-focused, community-driven proposition. The brand name ‘Arisha’, evoking a shaded Arabian pergola, symbolises belonging and personal connection. The tagline ‘Your Genuine Home’ and the brand story built a narrative of community, nature, and inspired living.
