Phase 1 of the project sold out shortly after the launch.
Through deep competitive analysis and market research, Skyne identified the gap for a lifestyle-focused, community-driven proposition. The brand name ‘Arisha’, evoking a shaded Arabian pergola, symbolises belonging and personal connection. The tagline ‘Your Genuine Home’ and the brand story built a narrative of community, nature, and inspired living.
