Najafi Cosmetics needed to launch a new premium haircare line, originated in Sweden, one that would stand apart in a crowded and increasingly greenwashed category. The brand had to be clean, sustainable, and global, but most importantly, Skyne had to make sure it was meaningful to today’s conscious consumer.
From surface-level sustainability to inner alignment. Sustainable brands often speak outwardly, to the planet, the trends, the buzzwords. We saw the opportunity to turn that narrative inward. Instead of focusing on environmental virtue alone, we focused on human alignment. What if sustainability wasn’t just about doing good, but about feeling right?
A new brand built from the ground up, elemental, elegant, and distinct. We created Oserth: a name born from Ocean, Sky, and Earth. It became the foundation for a powerful brand positioning: “Realign yourself with the world.” Everything, from the brand strategy and name to the identity and packaging, centres on this reconnection to nature and self. The result is a modern, minimal, premium haircare brand ready to scale globally.
We repositioned sustainable beauty as a personal choice that is grounded, restorative, and rooted in nature. Oserth doesn’t preach sustainability; it embodies it through its message, product sourcing, and visual language.
