Designed as a private residential enclave of approximately 1,750 homes, Hayyan aims to offer an immersive, human-centered living experience. With strong ties to local culture and natural landscapes, it targets both residents seeking serenity and investors looking for long-term value in a strategic UAE location.

The Shift

Turning a real estate development into an emotionally resonant brand. We set out to distinguish Hayyan from other UAE developments by focusing on emotional connection and community spirit. The challenge: launch a brand that would resonate deeply with residents, investors, and the wider market, anchored not in luxury or scale, but in authenticity, belonging, and a connection to nature.
