Stroller Park

A retail concept that turns stroller shopping into an adventure

StrollerPark is a bold, immersive retail experience created for Just Kidding, a shop-in-shop concept where parents can test, feel, and fall in love with strollers from the world’s top brands like Bugaboo, Joolz, Stokke, Recaro, and Chicco. All under one playful, unified brand experience.

The Shift

Just Kidding wanted to rethink the typical stroller showroom. The challenge: create a retail concept that could house over 16 competing stroller brands, each with its own identity, while delivering a coherent and memorable customer experience. The ambition? Transform stroller shopping from functional to fun.

Skyne, a creative agency in Dubai, highlights the Stroller Park experience, with a mother and baby testing a stroller on the innovative in-store track, showcasing effective branding and retail design.

The Breakthrough

We turned a transactional product into a thrill ride. Inspired by the stroller’s core values, mobility, flexibility, and fun, we created StrollerPark, a retail brand concept modeled after an amusement park. The result: a bold identity, spatial concept, and in-store experience that invites parents to test, explore, and enjoy the ride.

The imagination comes to play

Through market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking, we saw an opportunity to challenge category norms. Most stroller retailers emphasize features and function, but we leaned into emotion and experience, tapping into parents’ desire to find the perfect fit for their lifestyle through hands-on exploration.

Skyne, a creative agency, designed the distinctive Stroller Park logo, 'Stroller Park: Enjoy the Ride,' on a vibrant yellow background, embodying the brand's energetic and fun retail concept and strong branding.

Play is the highest form of research.

Retail Branding Strategy: Naming a movement

We named the concept StrollerPark, a name that evokes energy, motion, and a sense of destination. It immediately signals a place, not just a shop. For added delight, we designed business cards that resemble amusement park tickets, amplifying the brand story and inviting curiosity.

The experience park

At the heart of the concept is the (st)roller coaster, a metaphorical and physical expression of the brand idea. Instead of static displays, we introduced zones where parents can test strollers across different terrains and challenges. The identity system, tone of voice, and in-store graphics all reinforce the idea that stroller shopping should be dynamic, engaging, and even a little daring.

Out of the three options Skyne presented, this idea immediately stood out. It is truly iconic. Having a rollercoaster in a store which sells baby products is something people will talk about. I fell in love with the concept and wanted to implement it right away.

Our idea was to enlarge the most important and obvious features of strollers; which are mobility, flexibility, and fun.
