With a strong infrastructure backbone and extensive fibre network, Sudani emerged to serve as a vital enabler of connectivity across the country.

The Shift

Known for its resilience, providing uninterrupted service even in times of crisis, Sudani was ready to evolve and shift its perception from being seen as a traditional telecom operator to a full-scale ICT solutions provider. The goal was to expand their image beyond mobile, integrating services in fintech, education, health, and enterprise tech, while becoming a symbol of Sudanese pride and innovation. To support this, the brand needed a compelling new positioning, story, identity, and platform for growth.
