With this understanding at its core, we developed Baheeya, a niche fragrance brand part of the Al Bahja Group.

Skyne was invited to carry that rich culture forward through a new expression of indulgence. This luxury perfume house does more than create scent.

Al Bahja Group approached us with something both raw and deliberate. They wanted a fragrance brand that could interpret the cultural feeling of Oman through a luxurious and contemporary lens without losing the soul that makes it meaningful. To ensure Baheeya would feel culturally grounded while belonging unmistakably in today’s world, we interpreted Omani tradition and heritage with care.

Skyne developed every aspect of the customer experience, from positioning and storytelling to the visual identity, perfume flacons, packaging system, and the immersive retail environment itself.

We translated the brand into tactile moments customers could physically experience, through the materials they touch, the atmosphere surrounding the scents, the rhythm of the space, and the visual language carried across every surface and detail. The Baheeya store became more than a place to purchase fragrance. It became a world customers could step into and later carry with them through scent.

The product creates a unique consumer experience by itself.

That is why the way the product looks matters so deeply in perfume. The bottle is often what someone falls in love with first. It sits on a vanity, is carried through cities and evenings, becomes associated with memories, and eventually turns into part of someone’s personal ritual. Perfume begins long before the first spray. It begins with anticipation, touch, atmosphere, and presence.

Skyne designed an integrated packaging system that feels luxurious from the first sight while carrying the richness, rhythm, and cultural depth of the brand into every detail. From label architecture to outer box design, every element was considered as part of a unified experience extending from shelf presence to unboxing, from first impression to long-term recognition.

The result became a cohesive customer experience from the first encounter to purchase and beyond, where every detail feels connected to something larger than the product itself. We approached the visual identity and packaging with the same intention: as a continuation of the brand’s cultural expression. Everything was designed to let the fragrance speak first.

Packaging is often treated as a final layer. Here, it became part of a considered presence. The labels introduce distinction through composition, typography, and detailing, allowing every fragrance to carry its own identity within the wider system. The elegantly shaped bottle adds weight and a more elevated experience in hand. The outer boxes gradually reveal the bottle through texture, layering, and finish, allowing the richness of the brand to unfold slowly through the act of opening.

Motifs inspired by Omani jewellery, textiles, and architecture were carefully distilled into a contemporary design language that feels luxurious, grounded, and relevant today. The structure of the system also draws from Arabic calligraphy, not as decoration, but as rhythm, balance, and precision.

What emerged from this collaboration was a contemporary interpretation of heritage shaped through mutual respect, trust, and cultural intelligence.

In a market saturated with visual excess, Skyne gave Baheeya’s packaging a quieter form of extravagance. In the fragrance world, scents are often designed as isolated products with entirely separate visual languages. Instead, we created a recognisable system where each fragrance belongs to a cohesive whole while still maintaining its own distinct character.

Each scent carries its own composition, depth, and atmosphere. The clear bottles allow the richness and colour of the perfume itself to become part of the visual experience. The packaging system gives Baheeya the flexibility to grow naturally across future scents and collections without losing its recognisable identity.

Baheeya’s expression of luxury was never built around spectacle. Skyne shaped the brand around feeling, atmosphere, and cultural resonance, creating a fragrance experience that feels intimate, immersive, and lasting. It is something far more enduring than visual luxury alone.
