As Sudan’s largest and most prominent telecom company, Sudani has kept the country connected for nearly two decades building a legacy of reliability and trust. Yet, legacy without evolution is just history. Sudani approached us understanding this. They laid down a vision in front of us that went beyond optimisation. Their existing brand had served them well, but no longer reflected the future they were determined to create. It was time for a fundamental transformation that would:
