The Visual Arts Commission
In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, emerging artists are undergoing significant changes and experiencing rapid growth within the arts ecosystem. At the forefront of this transformative journey stands the Visual Arts Commission, a prestigious affiliate of the Kingdom's Ministry of Culture.
Their mission? To nurture local artistic talent and facilitate the production and exhibition of artwork, both domestically and on the global stage.
Continuing our longstanding partnership with Barker Langham, the VAC has once again entrusted us with the development of their brand, this time for their contemporary art program, Zawaya Wa Afkar.
Developing the brand
Our inspiration derives from the creativity of artists who think beyond conventional boundaries—going “Beyond the Edges."
Representing the artist's journey, starting from their roots within their community and gradually expanding beyond the corners of familiarity.
The first program was a great success with a beautifully implemented brand identity.
